Wellness Programme

Come and either prepare for a big day out on the bike with some pre-ride yoga and breathwork or join us to unwind after your bike ride…


There will be a full day of incredible wellbeing sessions to choose from when you are off the bike or for those who are supporting riders for the day. Or indeed, if you wish to come along to the festival vibes just to soak up this incredible wellbeing offer, you are very welcome.


This year, we are extending our wellbeing offer to invite non riders and of course riders to additional wellbeing activities across both days.


This will include a range of breathwork, yoga, seated yoga, nutrition, a guided mindful ride, massage and much more...

After supporting Muck n Mac in 2023, Jen Price from Mindful Routes will be organising the wellbeing activities for this year as our Wellbeing Programme Manager. She will also be delivering some of her own breathwork, journaling and guided mindful ride sessions alongside yoga teachers, massage therapists and nutrition experts. (Many still to be confirmed so watch this space)
