So, what is Muck n' Mac?

Muck n' Mac Fest is a unique bike riding/music festival weekend - all staged at a stunning loch-side location.

The festival features two fantastic days of Gravel and Road riding across some of the most epic gravel trails and roads the country has to offer.  Over the course of the weekend, you can choose our Gravel riding option 'The Mucker', or our Road route 'The Mackie'. Furthermore, to keep things fresh you can choose to ride a day of each and opt for our 'Mixed' option.

Both days riding start and finish at the festival Village at St.Mary's Loch and each feature multiple Enduro-style timed stages. Once you've completed the ride, you'll be treated to an array of live music from Friday through to Sunday.

We've carefully selected a line up of artists to keep you entertained all weekend - expect to hear a mix of Punk,New-wave, Folk, Blues, Soul, Funk, Acoustic and even electronic tunes!

We appreciate that riding isn't for everyone. With this in mind, we have a range of activies geared toward familes. Alongside the live music  expect to see various activities such as Yoga classes, Climbing walls, introductory bike sessions for kids and adults, camping and much more!

*leave no Trace*

We are so lucky to be able to stage Muck n' Mac Fest in one of the most stunning locations the country has to offer. The trails are glorious, the roads are epic.

One of our driving forces is to operate an event format that is as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possibile.  When out on the trails and roads it is our policy to remember a few key points.

We are not the only users of these areas. Be cortious to the landowners and other users. Respect the privacy, safety and general working livelihoods of such people living and working in these areas.

Leave the land as you see it.

Many of our trails pass through farmed land. If you see a closed gate, you close it after yourself.

Remember that the outdoors can never be made risk-free.  Please act with care at all times for both your own safety and that of others.

Absolutely no littering, under any circumstances.

MUCK N'MAC SPOTIFY PLAYLIST

As we mentioned earlier the festival is as much about the music as it is the bike riding...

To give you a wee insight into the sort of music to expect. We've spent time carefully selecting some tunes into a playlist which you'll hear ringing around our festival village and sign-on areas and even some live on stage.
